FAQ
- When first time use, please remove the insulating paper firstly then charge. Otherwise, the earbuds are power off and cannot be charged.
- First time to use, why does only one earbuds work?
- First, please confirm both earbuds had been fully charged.
- Second, when just receive the earbuds, please don't open the bluetooth function of mobile phone to connect firstly. After fully charged, please open the charging case for about 15 seconds let both earbuds pair with each other, then turn on the bluetooth function and search, choose GIEC CandyPods to connect.
- Third, if only one earbud work during using, please reconnect the earbuds with mobile phone.

<2> Turn off the bluetooth function on smartphone
<3> Open the charging case (or pick two earbuds out of charging case) for about 15-20 seconds
